Netflix Games now on Android & iOS

Netflix is dipping their toes into the gaming world!

Earlier this month, Netflix launched a catalogue of games you can play from within the app. If you want to take your eyes off your favourite movie/series for a minute, you can play a game without exiting the app.

Smart move, Netflix!

Games available to play are: Shooting Hoops, Stranger Things 3: The Games, Stranger Things: 1984, Teeter Up and Card Blast.

Twitter has a new CEO – Jack Dorsey resigns

On November 29, now former CEO and co-founder of Twitter resigned with a tweet (lol). He stepped down as CEO, making Parag Agrawal the new CEO of Twitter.

While Jack Dorsey has been the ‘face’ of Twitter for the longest while, he believes his long-time chief technology officer (CTO) will do well as CEO.

I’ll still be waiting on that edit button, Jack!

Tech in Ghana Conference

This year’s Tech in Ghana conference was part of the Ghana Digital Innovation week, spearheaded by the office of the VP and the Ministry of Communications and Digitalization.

The 2021 edition of Tech in Ghana, which was the 8th and best one yet, brought together experts across various tech fields including fintech, digital inclusion and online marketing.

Glovo is expanding… fast

Glovo is investing 3.5 million euros over the next 12 month into their nation-wide expansion. The Glovo takeover which has already began in Accra will continue in Kumasi and Takoradi.
