Asus Zenfone 10 Pros and Cons

Asus Zenfone 10 is a compact flagship device which offers high-quality specifications in a smaller piece of hardware.
This post will explore the Zenfone 10’s strongest features as well as its less favourable aspects.

Zenfone 10 Pros
- Asus Zenfone 10 features a 5.92-inch AMOLED display, with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz and 100 nits of peak brightness. The Zenfone 10 is the choice device for anyone seeking a smartphone with a display of less than 6 inches.
- The Zenfone 10 comes equipped ZenTouch – a feature that uses the side-mounted fingerprint reader as a touch-sensitive button enabling users to perform gestures such as scrolling a webpage.
- Featuring a 50MP gimbal camera, the video stabilization on the Zenfone 10 is one to look forward to. It also has a 13MP ultrawide lens and a 32MP selfie camera. You can record up to 8K at 24 fps and 1080p at 30 fps with the rear and front cameras respectively.
- With the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 flagship chipset, you can be sure of the device running as smoothly as possible with virtually no lag. Gaming, animations and resource-intensive apps operate fluidly on the Zenfone 10.
- A big addition to the Zenfone 10 is the wireless charging support. The Zenfone 9 lacked this feature. Zenfone 10 supports 15W wireless and 5W reverse wireless charging.

Zenfone 10 Cons
- Asus is offering two major OS updates for the Zenfone 10. Considering its flagship status and the competition, more OS updates should be no issue at all.
- Though Asus is offering up to 512GB of internal storage, the ability to expand this storage can come in handy. The Zenfone 10 lacks an SD card slot, leaving users to rely solely on internal storage.
- Video recording support for 1080p at 30fps with the selfie camera is a step down from 2022’s Zenfone 9 – which supported up to 4K at 30fps
