Since WhatsApp doesn’t show ads to its users, Facebook is providing a new option for businesses on WhatsApp.
In a soon to be launched feature, business users will be able to create Facebook (or Instagram) ads from their product catalog with a button directing people back to their WhatsApp profile.
Brands have already been able to create Facebook ads that link back to WhatsApp, only that this time they can create these ads directly within WhatsApp without going through Facebook Ad Manager.
The new feature will further broaden the business capabilities within WhatsApp itself in addition to already available options such as; automated texts, quick replies and product catalog.
