Samsung’s Galaxy S25 launch is slated for January 22, 2025, most likely in the United States, per reports.

Three high-end phones—the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra—are expected to be revealed at the event. The phones will come with Android 15 (One UI 7) out of the box plus seven major OS updates.

The Galaxy S25 and S25+ will likely resemble the S24 series, while the S25 Ultra is rumoured to have curved edges. All three phones will feature Snapdragon’s 8 Elite processor, a chip expected to enhance CPU and GPU performance.

The Galaxy S25 and S25+ may inherit the camera systems of their S24 predecessors, but boast 12GB of RAM and a minimum of 256GB of storage. The Galaxy S25+ and S25 Ultra models could feature 16GB of RAM.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is likely to feature a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide, a 10MP 3x telephoto lens, and a 50MP 5x telephoto lens.

The new phones are expected to come with several more flagship features, according to reports, including stereo speakers, IP68 rating, Qi2 charging, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
