The eagerly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is expected to arrive with improvements and new features. One of those features is an improved camera and S-Pen integration.
The smartphone will join the growing list of popular foldable phone models in Samsung’s Fold series.
Currently, there’s the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, Z Fold 2 5G, and Z Fold 3 5G.
Let’s check out everything we know so far about this device.

Release Date
We do not have a specific date for the release of the Galaxy Z Fold 4, but we can speculate that it should be available around late August to early September based on earlier models.
Pricing
The Z Fold 4 is expected to come in around the same price point as the previous model we saw last year. The Z Fold 3 came in with a price of $1799 last year.
Design
Rumours indicate that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 will have a similar sized screen to the Galaxy Z Fold 3.
The external screen is expected to be 6.19-inches while the internal screen is tipped to expand up to 7.56-inches when opened up fully.
Samsung has also been said to be working on improving the durability of its new release by adding a UTG (ultra-thin glass).

Fingerprint Scanner
Rumours suggest that Samsung is planning to remain committed to the side-mounted sensor design seen in the Z Fold 3.
S-Pen
Samsung’s upcoming foldable smartphone is likely to support the S-Pen.
Camera
Multiple leak sites claim that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 could have a 108MP main camera, similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Battery
The knock on Samsung’s foldable is the battery. Battery performance is affected owing to the overall design of foldable devices and the fact that the battery has to power a much bigger screen size.
However, to expect better battery performance is not far fetched. We’ll just have to wait and see.
Naming
Speculation has arisen over whether Samsung may launch their new Galaxy Fold model without the ‘Z’, making it just the Galaxy Fold 4.
