OnePlus 10T: What to expect from this device
OnePlus 10T is set to launch at a live event on August 3 in New York. The flagship device will become the third release of the ‘10’ series from OnePlus – joining OnePlus 10 Pro and 10R
Display
Judging from photos, the OnePlus 10T will be similar in design to the OnePlus 10 Pro. It will sport a 6.7-inch OLED with flatter edges compared to the 10 Pro’s curved design.
Also, the selfie camera is seen to take a punch-hole design.
OnePlus has stated that the infamous physical alert sider will be missing from the 10T phone.

Camera
Aside from the alert slider and a few other specs, OnePlus has remained tight-lipped on the camera specifications of this device.
However, a post from a tipster reveals that the phone should have a 16MP selfie camera and a triple camera on the rear consisting of a 50MP (main), 2MP (macro) and 8MP (ultrawide) sensors.
Performance
It would seem that the device will be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, a slightly higher performing processor than the SD 8 Gen 1 of the OnePlus 10 Pro.
The OnePlus 10T will boot Android 12-based OxygenOS 12 out of the box.
The device is expected to come with a 16GB RAM variant with 128GB and 256GB storage options.

Battery life
One of the highly-touted features of the OnePlus 10T is the 150W superfast wired charging.
This means the 4,800mAh battery of the device can power from 0-100% in less than 20 minutes.
Where to buy
The official launch of the OnePlus is ready for August 3. The device will likely sell between $630 – $700 (GHS 5,400 – 6,000)
And as for colours, you can look forward to black (moonstone black) and green (jade green).
The device should be up for pre-ordering soon after the event.
